Shipping
If you've ordered a Standard Plastic, Modern Plastic or Bevelled Plastic Bezel, your order will be dispatched within 2 days. You can then expect your frame to arrive within 2-4 working days after dispatch.
Premium/Deluxe Aluminium Bezels are made to order and will take up to 28 days to customise. Once your order is ready for dispatch, we'll email you to let you know. You can then expect your frame to arrive within 2-4 working days after dispatch
You'll be able to keep track of your order once you receive an email from the courier letting you know that your Bezel has been dispatch and is on its way to you.
Returns / Refunds
You may return a Standard, Modern or Bevelled Plastic, Premium Aluminium or Deluxe Aluminium Bezel anytime within 14 days from when you receive your order.
After requesting your refund, you must return your Bezel to us within 14 days. Items must be in their original packaging and be unused, upon receipt of your returned item your refund will be issued.
If your product is faulty you must notify us within 14 days of delivery, by calling us on 0330 054 5022.
Please note: If your item is deemed to have been damaged due user error, your request for a replacement or refund will not be actioned.
